Entre design et art contemporain, et par le recours à l'objet tuné, à la vidéo, à l'installation, à la photographie, au graphisme, à la mode, etc., l'exposition montre le tuning au sens le plus étendu du terme qui finit par inclure certaines formes de design, comme autant d'espèces vivantes de la culture matérielle contemporaine.
